Event Grant Proposals

We are no longer accepting applications as the grant deadline has passed. 

All applicants will be notified by August 15, 2022, regarding the status of their proposals.

Applicants that are selected for funding are required to submit the Common Experience Event Grant Expense Report. See below for instructions and form. 


  • Use the Common Experience Event Grant Expense Report form when your event has ended and the funds have been spent.
  • Final reports are due 30 business days after your event ends.
  • This form must be submitted by the event coordinator.
  • Please send completed documents to commonexperience@txstate.edu.
